RHB CSS EMV Card is an ATM card, a payment instrument which allows customers to pay for goods and services from their deposit account at participating retail and service outlets via Cambodia Shared Switch (CSS) network and it also allows cash withdrawal via local Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) in CSS network as well. A CASA account is required to allow linkage to your RHB CSS EMV Card.
