We underwrite and act as global coordinators, book runners or lead managers for equity and equity-linked transactions, encompassing both primary issuances (initial public offerings and reverse takeovers) and secondary fund-raising activities (private placements, rights issues, block trades and shareholder sell-downs).

We also assist our corporate clients in managing relationship with investors and stakeholders prior to and after an equity fund raising transaction.

Advisory Services:

We provide comprehensive advisory services, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, identifying suitable buyers or targets, conducting valuation, strategizing, planning, and executing such transactions; and
Acting as financial advisor for general takeover offers and advising on issues relating to valuation, financial, market and technical aspects of a takeover; and
Advising listed companies on bonus issues, employees share option schemes and capital restructuring exercises.
