- For Resident – Landed properties and ground floor and above.
- For Non-Resident – Landed properties at 1
Loan Tenor
- Up to 20 years
Interest Rate
- Effective Cost of Fund [ECOF] + spread
Repayment Mode
- Repayment by monthly instalment
Fee and Charges
- Processing Fee: 1% of loan amount
- Early Settlement Fees: Within first 3 years 3% or For remaining tenor 1% of outstanding amount
- Late Payment Charge: Arrears x Penalty rate
Terms & Conditions
- To submit documentary evidence [Sale and Purchase Agreement, Purchase Order, Purchase Contracts, down payment receipt] and Valuation Report for sub sale purchase.
- Lawyer fees, valuation fees & Sale/Purchase Agreement fees to be borne by Customers.
Documents Required
- National Identity Card/ Passport/ Identity document preferably bearing a photograph of the customers, issued by an official authority
- Income or financial statement acceptable to the bank.
- Other relevant documents as required for credit processing.
