Together with the students and teachers of the Nikmah Al Islamiyah Institue, RHB Cambodia proudly continues our signature community initiative — RHB Touch Hearts — reaffirming our belief that education plays a vital role in shaping a brighter future for our communities.
The event began with inspiring speeches from the school principal and RHB Cambodia’s CEO, Mr. Daniel Yeo Choon Hui, who both emphasized the importance of education and empowerment, as well as their excitement for this continued collaboration.
Following the opening remarks, our team conducted an interactive Financial Literacy session designed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills to:
- Set SMART financial goals
- Differentiate between needs and wants
- Understand the power of saving and compounding
- Recognize and protect themselves from common scams in Cambodia
Building on the success of our 2023 initiative — where we donated 20 computers to enhance digital literacy and research — this year, we focused on empowering around 100 students with essential financial knowledge to help them plan for a better future.
To further support their learning in the digital era, RHB Cambodia was also delighted to donate an additional 10 computers to the institute.
